MILOOPA OPTICA TOUR
Miloopa rusza w trasę ‘Optica’ promującą najnowszą - trzecią płytę zespołu, która ukazała się 26.11.2011. Za produkcję albumu odpowiada Roli Mosimann, współtwórca sukcesów takich grup jak Faith No More, The Young Gods, Björk, Swans, oraz basista zespołu Radek „Bond” Bednarz. Miloopa odrzuca klasyczne bariery elektroniki, popu, rocka, soul’u, nu-jazzu tworząc wielowymiarową przestrzeń, której klimat zmienia się bardzo dynamicznie. „Optica” to grunt, na którym Miloopa zawiązuje także nowe kolaboracje – w nagraniach uczestniczyli raperzy amerykańskiej grupy Anti Pop Consortium oraz norweski gitarzysta Eivind Aarset. The abillity to condense multi-colored shadows of many musical styles is unique for Miloopa. Regarded as one of the most innovative polish bands Miloopa received critical acclaim in 2008 after the second release Unicode and many exciting live shows. Following three years of european touring, exploring and redifining it’s identity, Miloopa is now coming back with the third longplay OPTICA, due for release on 26.11.2011.
Miloopa is pushing musical limits further than ever before.The organic nature of OPTICA draws a picture of a band with no boundaries. Forward thinking is without a question the most noticable element as Miloopa goes into different directions at the same time. Thier optics have been yet again focused on real analog instruments which are used to apply modern electronic ideas. The cooperation with swiss producer Roli Mosimann has been a big factor for Miloopa’s distinctive – one of a kind – studio live sound. OPTICA has also become a ground for new collaborations since abstract hip-hop pioneers Anti Pop Consortium and norwegian guitarist Eivind Aarset have contributed their characteristic voices and unique personalities to this very exceptional album.
The approach on Optica brakes down many barriers of pop, rock, soul, world and electronic music. Miloopa diffracts all influences creating it’s own exciting and hypnotizing musical space. Feel invited … to move forward… reshape horizons.

FBS is combining organic dubstep wih dub influenced rock and world music. It’s a collaboration between live electronic musicians from Poland, UK/Greek roots singer Maria Payne and swiss producer Roli Mosimann. Initiated at Bass Day Uk 2007 as a live bass modulation showcase by Bond, FBS performed as a live 6 piece band feat. Maria Payne, Roli Mosimann and cellist Olga Konczak in the summer of 2010 at Era New Horizons Festival. FBS is getting ready for summer shows and will soon play with Wu Wei and Tom Mays at Musica Electronica Nova festival.
